Who I am

Hi! I’m Justin Apresto. I’m a Senior Content Designer currently working at TELUS. I received my HBA from the University of Toronto in 2017, having completed a specialist program in Interactive Digital Media with a minor in professional writing.

Since then, I’ve worked as a content writer for agencies working in the B2B sector, as well as both Bell and TELUS. I began working at TELUS in 2019 as a Content Manager, then transitioned into content strategy as a Content Designer in 2021.

Throughout my years at TELUS, I’ve worked closely with product designers and product managers to develop the design and content strategy for experiences across TELUS.com and the My TELUS mobile app.
